Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destination & Regions
We ship to customers within the United Kingdom (UK) and to countries in European Union.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
United Kingdom (Domestic)
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days — £3.99 (or Free for orders over £40)
International Shipping
Europe: 3–7 business days — £9.70 (or Free for orders over £50) 

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or courier delays beyond our control.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

6. Damaged Items & Order Issues:
We take great care in packing your orders, but we understand that items can occasionally get damaged during transit.
*Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
How to Report: Email us at benila.scents@gmail.co.uk with your order number and clear photographic evidence of both the damaged item and the original packaging.
Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately at no extra cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
